In addition to this, we have engaged with Lee on larger projects relating to confidence at work. Lee has designed and delivered tailored confidence training workshops and workbooks which have been targeted at various employee groups, from brand new starters through to our senior management team. Again, we have received great feedback on these sessions and we continue to work with Lee on the topic of confidence.

I was really struggling with my confidence and enjoyment at work. Through my sessions with CBP, I was able to really get down to the root problems that were knocking my confidence at work, and how I could make a positive change in these areas. Within just 3 sessions I felt so different. I couldn’t believe that even just within one session we had really got stuck in to discussing things on such a level that allowed me to really talk through all of my feelings, and I felt entirely understood.
